Changing the registration page

I want to make a few modifications to the registration page (Perfered User Info).  I want to re-order the fields and set some defaults.  Where is this page?  I have found the profile info but I can not track down the registrion page.

Required order would be:

First Name, Last Name, Email.  I would like to default the display name to First Name + Last name and set the users login to the email addr entered.

Can some one point me in the right direction?

Re: Changing the registration page

This page is part of Admin > User control, but I do suggest not to edit the core.

To preset displayname, there is a setting in Admin >> Users >> UserSettings

To preset username, there is currently no option, please enter this enahancement request into the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com

Re: Changing the registration page

Thanks - I think I have it sorted out.

One general question.  Why the warning to not edit the core?  Is it just so that module updates do not overwrite and your modifications?

Re: Changing the registration page

If you modify the core, when you go to upgrade to a newer version of DNN you have to take more steps to upgrade. Doing the normal upgrade process will simply overwrite any changes you've made.
