I've created a module and am trying to install it on my live site.  How ever, when I create the module definition and go to set my controls, they don't show up in the list.  If I go to "Import Module Definition" they don't show up there either, and neither does my manifest.  I've built the site, and the individual aspx pages of the module as well.  If I do this on a test site I have running on local host they show up just fine and I can install the module.

The only difference I can think of besides one running on our web server and the other on my local host, is that the live site is sitting in Visual Source Safe.  Does this make some difference?  I've added the files for my module to the source control, so I would think when I build they would get added to the web server.  Am I wrong in thinking this?
