Get a file's modified date 

Ok, maybe I'm just missing something simple but seems to be really hard to get a file's date in DNN. I see that it's not part of the Files table. In the file manager it seems to get it using the FileSystemUtilities.GetFilesByFolder method. But I can't seem to find any way to just get it for a single file. Any suggestions?
