remove 'Display Name' field in register form 

We have both user name and display name fields when user register the site. I guess this could be pretty good for use in a country with large amount of population like US and China etc. .

I'm using dnn in New Zealand, where not many people have same names. This makes the 'Display Name' redundent.

Just wondering anybody know how to remove the Display Name from the registration form?Cheers
