Module samples using DNN 4.0.x and VS 2005 ...
Hi ...

I am looking for DNN Module samples for DNN 4.0.x and Visual Studio 2005.

I am a developer with experience in C++ / COM and C#.  I have been tasked with creating a DotNetNuke Module for an existing 4.0.3 installation of DNN.

I have never worked with DNN or ASP.

Most of the samples that I have found that demonstate the development of modules for DNN are using VB.  These samples also seem to be targeted at DNN version 3.0.x and Visual Studio 2003.  Also I find that many samples are using third party applications to generate code (MyGeneration for example).

Many of the samples also make reference to Starter Kits and Templates for Visual Studio.  I have attempted to install the Starter Kit from DNN and it seems that it only supports VB ...

Bla Bla Bla ... I could use some help  :--)

Thanks,
Chris

Re: Module samples using DNN 4.0.x and VS 2005 ...
I have used the following link to get started with DNN 4. Although, I only followed about half of the tutorial until I was off and running creating my own stuff.

Look at the DotNetNuke 4.0.0 Starter Kit and Templates....
Template can be selected as VB or C#.
