Sander,

please notice for your idea, that it is impossible for a DNN module to track action taken outside the portal, i.e. forwarding the mail in the mail client, editing the word document without uploading to the portal. You will need to keep tracking on the server, i.e. sending notifications and providing the file for download, while updates of the status and uploads of modified file versions are only made at the DNN module itself.

i have nothis that some tings are imposeble to do in dnn.
however i wil try to make the parts that are poseble for dnn.
maby i can make differend modules and let them communicate whit each outher.

how thats done i dont know yet but i wil find out.
