Cannot Install Starter Kit  

Hi I downloaded the DotNetNuke 4.5.3 Starter Kit from http://www.dotnetnuke.com/About/Downloads/tabid/125/Default.aspx

When I tried to install the starter kit is crashers every time .

So here are the details

Issue:

Cannot install Starter Kit (DotNetNuke 4.5.3 Starter Kit)

 

Machine Setup:

2003 Enterprise Server with SP2

VSTS 2005 and SQL Server 2005 installed

 

Things tried to resolve the problem:

Repaired .Net framework 2.0

Repaired VS 2005

Cleared temp folder and retried install

Re-downloaded the Starter kit to make sure the file was not corrupted

Request:

I really would like to use the Starter kit. Please help me resolve/debug why it is crashing.

I have the exact same problem with 4.8.0. I really would like to get this sorted ASAP.
