Limited methods available in ClientAPI Class

Hi all

I'm following a tutorial from TrainCert.Net that shows you how to create a DNN module. I'm using VS 2005 SP1 and have tried the tutorial using VB and C#.

The guy points at lots of useful methods in the class DotNetuke.UI.Utilities.ClientAPI. He can view many classes from DotNetNuke.UI.Utilities I can only see y see DotNetuke.UI.Utilities.DNNClientAPI and this class only has about ten methods.

I installed the source version of DNN 4.5. Is there anything else I should install or is there somthing I need to configure?

Thanks in advance

John

Re: Limited methods available in ClientAPI Class

Your probably only referencing the dotnetnuke.dll in your module.  The clientapi methods found there are ones specific to DNN.  If you add a reference to the DotNetNuke.WebUtility.dll you will get the rest of the methods you are looking for.
