get module settings from another module 

If there any way by knowing the id of a module to get it's settings from another module, like TabModuleSettings("key"), but from another module?

DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController.GetTabModuleSettings() or .GetModuleSettings() should be what you are looking for.
