Modifying the Store Module

Hi all, im trying to customize the store module 2.0 languaje, so im basically translating every tag, label, etc, etc. The thing is that the changes i made are not reflected in the modules. EX.: I´ve changed the text on the Mini cart module, compile it succesfully, but i dont see any changes in the module. I´ve also tryed to remove the module, compile, and add it afterwards. Still no luck. Im using the Source version of the store module.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction on this matter?

Tnks a lot fot your time.

Re: Modifying the Store Module

I haven't looked at the store module but I suspect it is using resx files for the label text. Are you changing these or are you updating the ascx files?

Re: Modifying the Store Module

I am not at a machine where I can check but if memory serves me well I suspect you will find a folder named App_LocalResources within the folder for the store module.

In the App_LocalResources folder you will usually find a resx file for each ascx in the main folder. The resx file contains 2 entries for each label with the text for the label title and text for the "help text". This assumes it is using the DNNLabel control.
