Your module would have to support the ability to display all panels at once.  Inside the if statement above, would be when you would want to display ALL three panels at once.  Otherwise the module would load and function as normal. 

This will ONLY work if the user is not required to drill down into your module and the data is persisted to the database that might be displayed.
