How can I add my own feedback form to the Nuke ? 

Hi all,

 I'm working on my first dotnetnuke. I have created a nice form using AJAX.

Now how do I add this form to a page that I created in dotnetnuke without changing the template giving to me by the dotnetnuke. (Like not changing the banner or the color)

DNN uses the concept of MODULES to allow you to add new
functionality to a DNN portal.

For your form for example - you would create a MODULE to place the form inside.

You can then add the MODULE to your site - the module becomes a part of
an active page.
