trouble compiling forum module 
Hi,

I want to modify the source of forum module but I have a problem compiling dotnetnuke 4 web site after installing Forum_04.04.03_Source.zip.

I've installed the new module and added it to a page. When I try to rebuild the solution (with VS2005) I don't have any problem (0 errors), but when I open a forum source file (for example Forum_postEdit.vb) I inexplicably received many errors. Some errors seam to be cause by the lack of all variable declarations (variable declarations are in a separated partial class). Trying to put all variable declarations inside main class these errors disappear but.... many other errors appear: compiler doesn't find dnn-core main class (like 'Users' etc. etc....).

So my question is: how I can compile a dnn web site after adding/modifying forum source code?

in other words,

it seem to be like the source code of forum module is ignorated during compilation/building.

Maybe can be a settings of VS2005, maybe no....

Where did you get the source *.vb files?

When I downloaded Forum_04.04.03_Source.zip (from sourcforge.net via link on DotNetNuke.com) and then unzipped the package, I only found a DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.dll but no *.vb source files.

I checked a bunch of other modules, and so far, I've found source code only for the Survey and HTML modules....

So I'm very curious to know. Where did you find the source code for the Forum module?

Addendum added in Edit: I just found the source files....  Apparently, they're placed in another zip file labeled "Resources" within the zip file labeled "Source".
