Removing Login

My requirement is to create a site which doesn't need a login(role based settings are not there).

How  to remove the Login link(Which is placed right top corner of the page).?

Regards

Smikesh

Re: Removing Login

Edit your skin file and remove that skin object.

But ... you'll want to leave a login link somewhere, perhaps on a hidden page (one that is not in the menu, but is available) so that YOU can login as admin or as host.

Re: Removing Login

Something I've done in the past is to give the Login link it's own class in the css and set the text color to that of the background. Then it was hidden but I knew it was there when I needed it.

Re: Removing Login

You can remove [LOGIN] token and tell the client about 'backdoor' by using url. Just type in the url like below :

For login (in any url, just add ?ctl=Login at the end of Default.aspx) :

http://domain/....../default.aspx?ctl=Login

For logout (in any url, just replace Default.aspx with Logoff.aspx) :

http://domain/..../Logoff.aspx

HTH.
