Module to Module Navigation 

I am having a module named Login. It contains a user control named Login.ascx.

There is another module named Registration. It contains a user control named Registration.ascx.

Login.ascx contains a command button. While clicking on this button control should pass to the Registration.ascx in Registration module.

Is there any possible way to achieve this?
