Allow user to select timezone 

Hi,

A module that I’m working on needs to allow a user to choose the time zone for the time that is displayed to them. It also needs to be able to be installed on any server, in any time zone. I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about how to make this work in DotNetNuke.

usually, a user sets his preferred time zone in his user profile, and modules adjust time displayed / entered accordingly.
