combining third party module into my module

Hi,
I'm developing some module which asks the customer to fill some data
and upload images.
I bought some third party gallery module and i want to combine it
into my module - that mean in the web form when user enters data
i want to place also the third party gallery module (its upload images control).
How can i call third party module into my module?
Should i call the control specifically?
How can i know the module id or module folder (it can be defined in differnet names
or be given differnent ID's...)?

Thanks.
