So VS2005 is not backwards compatible with VS2003 stuff?

right; you can run DNN 3 modules, but not develop them using VS 2005 w/o upgrading them.

This might be a stupid question, but how do I go about upgrading them? Would that process be even more complicated than writing new modules?

Re: Modify Modules
There are no DNN-specific changes when moving from DNN3 to 4. If you'd like a conversion guide, find one from Microsoft regarding moving from ASP.NET 1.1 to 2.0. This should cover you.

Re: Modify Modules

Hello, could you tell me if there is an ability now to modify and recompile the existing module of the last version of DNN and Strore Catalog module?
