Multiple Developers

Ok... Here is our situation, we have 3 developers and we are trying to upgrade to DotNetNuke 4.0.2 and .NET 2.0.  The problem we are running in to is that we get it to build on one machine, and then port it over to another machine and it fails, and then the same thing to a third machine.

Anyone else working in a multi-developer environment?  If so, how do you get the sites to sync up?

Re: Multiple Developers
I've used a very process-heavy setup with multiple environments that I could go into a little detail with, but that probably isn't what you're looking for. The problem that you're running into, tho, is odd. Any build you have should work the same on all machines, assuming you're following the same process. What steps are you doing and where is it breaking down?
