Problem with upload C# module in DNN433 

Hi

Anybody get idea why DNN try to write codesubdirectory to web.config in .net framework fold?

I developed a C# module, got permission error first when upload it. After i changed permission on web.config in .net framework. module was installed, codesubdirectory in web.config in .net framework has been updated, but not dnn web.config.
