How to create a structured content without programming 

Hi,

When I talk about structured content I mean e.g. a news message with: title, teaser, content, publication date and press contact (hidden for anybody but logged in journalists).

This kind of thing needs a form with calendar control, validation etc. And you need to be able to change the display template. Everything but the display template can be standardized.

Is anything like this available? It saves a heck of a lot of boilet plate programming.
