Why the break point never works? 

Hi, All:

I just met a problem.

I want to made some modifications to the sourcode in the Signin.ascx. But when I set the breakpoint and run the program step bu step, I found out the break point never worked. The program never stoped. When I tried to go to Global.asax file. I found there is no source codes there. I can't even try to debug the program from the Application_Start. 

Could anyone please tell me what happened and how to solve this problem.
