¡Se ve muy bien!

But just an opinion from a non-graphic-designer person, I would compress the vertical spacing a little.  For instance, the banner is pretty tall, so is the menu.  The brand name boxes could be trimmed a little too.  In that way you can put more of the page on the window without having to scroll.

Angel, very nice skin.  I like your menu design.   How are the logo pix swapped, is this just CSS?

The folowing are just my opinion.  
I found it hard to read some of the text on certain backgrounds.  Examples are  "register, login text"  on silver, red, blue are not as visible as on green.   Also, the white text on Yellow is more difficult to read.   I would also change the default DNN icons for help, and require so they match your clean lines and color scheme.
