Uploading and linking files using fcKeditor

Hi everyone.

It's been a little while since I posted here but I wanted to share a page I wrote for one of my users:

http://trudeauconsulting.com/knowledge/uploadingfilestoFckEditor.aspx

If any of your users (or you?) need a walkthrough on attaching and linking files using the fcKeditor, feel free to refer to this page.  It is a fairly basic function but some users can benefit from a step-by-step.

Re: Uploading and linking files using fcKeditor

Well done Brian and thanks for sharing. I've done a similar walkthrough a while back.

Oh, we are working to get a DNN user group off the ground down in New Haven ... please consider joining. Thanks.

Re: Uploading and linking files using fcKeditor

Thanks Tom,

I joined the user group but the wizard gave an error so I'm not sure if it took.  Anyways, New Haven is a bit of a drive but I would head down there to meet up with some fellow DNN webmasters.

I have a lot to learn but I think posting 'how-to's is the easiest way to actually learn.

Hi,

I have also created a guide to managing a DNN site for my clients, focusing on FCK. It is here. The link is http://www.planetmaine.net/Contact/WebDesignSupport/ManagingaPlanetMaineWebsite/tabid/162/Default.aspx
