Free Webcast - Configuring and using the DNN Blog Module

Free DotNetNuke Webcast Friday, May 30 at 2pm Central US time.

This week's webcast will cover our approach to configuring and using the DNN blog module. Items covered in this webcast:

  • General Configuration and Use
  • Setting up your DNN portal roles so it makes sense to your end users
  • Configure for multiple bloggers or a single blog
  • Some modifications we make to solve minor skinning issues
  • Use of our XSL stylesheets to show a recent posts list elsewhere in your site

Many of our clients expect Wordpress or Blogger level blogging tools. When we show up with DNN there is usually some skepticism, but we have been able to satisfy them with these changes and still bring the power of the DNN environment to their website.

This is part of a series of free instructor led training sessions happening each Friday. The webcast will be conducted with Microsoft Live Meeting and there will be a general question/answer time at the end.

For more details or to register visit - http://www.ingensystems.com/Training/DotNetNukeTraining/FreeOnlineWebcasts/tabid/90/Default.aspx

Space is limited to 15 attendees so everyone has time to ask questions. If you miss it, we'll post the recording the following week.
