Re: Events module 4.0.1 officialy released!

I have this exact problem. I have updated the web.config with the following as you suggested and still no joy.

   <!-- Connection String for SQL Server 2000/2005 - kept for backwards compatability - legacy modules-->
    <add key="SiteSqlServer" value="Server=myServerName;Database=myDbName;uid=myId;pwd=myPwd;"/>

I don't see the 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.EventMonth.EventCalendar' dll in the bin folder either.  What's up?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thnx,

Greg

Re: Events module 4.0.1 officialy released!

Can you try re-installing the module using version 4.0.2 from the DotNetNuke site. On the install screen, can you make sure there are no errors by scrolling all the way down the output page.

Thanks
Roger

Events 4.0.2 - It's released !! - See the annoucement.
Requirements/Bugs - Submit them here - Gemini - Raise against project 'DNNP', and put 'Events' in the title.

Re: Events module 4.0.1 officialy released!

Hi Roger,

I did try that previously and it still remained a problem  However, I'm in a test installation and have some people testing out another 3rd party event module.  And yep, there's my problem!  I uninstalled the 3rd party module and uninstalled/installed the event module and the joy has returned.

Many thanks,

Greg
