We released the source code of the finale RC of the User Directory Module today:

Features:

• Link to Column Type: Page (010) - User Profile column type: page - UD 01.01.x can link to unique DNN tab/page associated with user; UD 01.01.x converts numeric DNN tabID value to readable, clickable Page Name text
• Filtered Records AND Search (020) - Allow Filtered Records (Forced Search Expression) AND Search; not either or, but both work at the same time. Rename 'Forced Search Expression' to 'Filter Statement'
• Show All Records AND Search (030) - Show All Records (that pass 'Filter Statement') AND allow for Search. When Search text entered, only select records show; to see all records again, click Show All (reset link)
• Directory Template (040) - Directory Template : HTML template allows for custom layout of directory structure, including e.g. alternating row color, font size, formatting fields in a table, etc.
• Template: MaxLen Function (050) - MaxLen(column,##) : used in HTML template, limits number of characters displayed in column specified in function call
• HTML Decode (060) - Allow Rich Text/HTML type columns display in directory without showing tags
• SEO (070) - SEO maximized to allow for UD 01.01.x and user profile contents to be found by Google, etc.
• Help/Tooltips (080) - Help (?) Tooltips near Search Box (left of 'search' preferred) and for all Settings
• Filter by Role Dates (090) - Settings > Show Users of Role; (x) User Must be Active by Role Dates
• Localized column headers (100) - Column headers pull the localized text for profile properties
