Program for creating online demos?

Anyone have suggestions for a program to record a screen 'movie' for making demos to show how software works? I remember seeing some for DNN modules, etc, but can't recall the name of the programs used to create them.

I have used both Macromedia Captivate and Camtasia Studio.  I personally like Captivate because of the ability to do quizes and grading.  Captivate can save the presentation in flash so displaying them in DNN is easy.  I use Captivate version 1, and the current version is 3. Actually the name is now Adobe Creative Suite 3.
