Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log Viewer Feature For Your Portal. The Logs can be view

I have site logging enabled and I still can't get the portal show that its enabled...  I even went into the Admin>Site Settings and changed the number of days to keep site log and clicke update... I waited and I still get the message:

Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log Viewer Feature For Your Portal. The Logs can be viewed offline and are available in the \Logs\ subfolder of your Portal's Home Directory.

What else should I do?  In the Host>Host Settings menu and in the Site Log History (Days) field I have it set for 180?  Still doesn't work.  I just tried changed it from 180 to 30 and clicked update.  I even restarted the application via the host menu and still no luck.  I did have  a problem with my event log getting ful which I truncated and that's fixed.  Other than that I haven't had problems.

I had the same problem and switching to DB based worked for me as well. Maybe checking to see if the log folder exists and if not creating it will be a good place to start.
