Hosting: First level support 
I need to find a DNN friendly hosting company that offers a reseller plan and can fit some first level support requirements. GoDaddy is the current host, but due to less than stellar support, we are looking to make a move.
 
Host must be able to provide first level support to our customers. i.e. our customers hosted on the reseller plan contact the host first. We don't want to support email and server issues, only application issues.
 

Anyone fit the bill? Like I said, g-daddy offers this kind of "service", but it's not very good support. I struck out on 3essentials, which is a shame because their support is awesome otherwise.

Thanks for any insight you can provide.
