Skin Stretching On Initial Load? 

First off I've tried searching both Google and these forums with no luck.

When you first visit my page, www.party931lives.com, it stretches really wide but if you refesh it or visit another page on the site and come back, it goes back to normal.

Why? I purchased the skin on Snowcovered, should I take up the problem with the person who made the skin as that's where the problem lies or is it a DNN problem?
