Copy content to new site

I have an old site using version 3.3.  We created new site using version 4.5 and spent alot of time skinning and creating new graphics.  I know I will have to go into each of the 150 pages of content and adjust the containers and such but is there a way for me to copy the content of the old site to the new site?

Thanks

login to your old portal as superuser ("host")

go to portals in host menu

seect your portal to export

click "create template"

Re: Copy content to new site

Am I correct that this will export the layout/containers from the old site?

I need to export the content from the old site to the new site that has all the new layouts and containers, etc.

Am I being dumb?

Thanks again
