Multiple Modules of the Same Module Show Up When Adding a Page  

I have two Text/HTML modules marked as "Display Module on All Pages?"  Everything has been going fine (meaning the modules show up when creating a new page) until the other day.  Now, when I add a page  I get six iterations of each module.  Has anyone run into this predicament when the same module(s) show up multiple times?
