DotNetNuke Login

Just curious.   Why is there a separate login for DotNetNuke and the DotNetNuke Marketplace?  Personally, I find it quite annoying.

Re: DotNetNuke Login

The are actually run on different systems altogether.  The DNN Marketplace (store) runs on ASPDotNet Storefront while of course DotNetNuke.com runs on none other than DotNetNuke 4.8.2 (currently).  They also have another portal instance running the corporate DotNetNuke site but it runs off a separate database altogether (not a child portal), I'd imagine.
