Server Error in '/' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'C1.Win.C1Chart' or one of its dependencies. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'C1.Win.C1Chart' or one of its dependencies. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)

'C1.Win.C1Chart'  is a third-party component from Component Source ...  are you trying to build your own module using Component One controls - or is this error occuring on a commercial module you purchased?  If you purchased a commercial module that uses this control, you should get in contact with the developer...

Also, I haven't used Component One controls for awhile, but this appears to be a Winforms control - not a web control.  (i.e. C1.Win.C1Chart)
