Need Employee Advisory Board Module

I need a combination of a FeedBack module, with a Forum and a FAQa module. They want to give the user the ability to post a comment or question anonymously or with their contact information. The Employee Advisory Board committee (EABC) would like to respond to the question or comment if appropriate and have it mail the user if they left their email address as well as post it underneath the posters comment / question. Now I looked at the following modules but have issues with each.

Feed Back Module: 1. Requires Users contact information. 2. The response post would not fall underneath the original post.

FAQ Module: 1. Anonymous users cannot post questions and avoid giving them the ability to edit other Questions and answers.

Forum: 1. I cannot find away to allow anonymous users to post threads.

If I'm wrong on any of these modules can someone please point out a setting I might be missing. If there is a third party module that will do what I'm looking for I would be very interested in aquiring.

Thanks
