Menu not showing up in Firefox 3 RC1 (DNN v.04.08.02)
Modified By Gaines Kergosien on 6/4/2008 8:55:52 PM)

I recently installed Firefox 3 and am noticing that sometimes the menus don't show up for my sites built using 4.8.2. The older sites seem to always work. An example of a site that has this problem is http://www.HTCTouchDiamond.com. A site that doesn't have this problem is http://www.SprintMogul.net.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Any ideas for troubleshooting or a fix?

Hey Gaines,

I'm running Firefox v3 and i don't see any issues with the sprint mogul website. Both menus are showing up correctly as far as I can tell. I'd suggest re-installing Firefox.

Take care,

Ian

Actually, SprintMogul.net is working fine. It's HTCTouchDiamond.com that's having trouble.

I'm not terribly worried yet as FF3 isn't technically released yet, but it's a pain to have to use the old version of FF when the menus don't show up.

Re: Menu not showing up in Firefox 3 RC1 (DNN v.04.08.02)

From what I vaguely remember there were some page rendering issues with FF3, so that's why it wasn't released last week (or was it two weeks ago)....

Might be worth waiting for full release and attempt fixing this then...fingers crossed....

Well might as well promo one of my DNN sites as I'm here: http://www.snasty.co.uk
