Looking for a Module - How can I find or solicit interest 

Hi,

I'm interested in a purchasing a module with some specific requirements that is quite similar to a Facilities Reservation system but for a sports club site.

What is the mechanism for me to ask the forum or Directory if such exists or if anyone is interested in creating one as a custom development or extension of an existing module?
