Best Method of Renewing Hosting Fees/Expire Dates 

From a previous post never answerd:

"I have just setup my 1st paying customer for a portal that I am hosting. I have setup the payment processor in the host portal and assigned hosting fees to the new portal. Is there any builtin method for the paying portal customer to pay their monthly fees or must I manually take a payment and then manually adjust the portal expiry date each month? I have a Catalook store module that I could create a new hosting product but that won't update the expiry date of the portal."

What are the best methods for automatically having client portals pay and renew their portal hosting fees with DNN?
