Adding admin page 

Is there any way to add new page to the Admin Menu or delete one frome there?

Look on Snowcovered for modules by AllDNNSkins. They have a recent module that can move pages between the menus.. even to host... very cool

No, DNN was built with specifc Admin and Host roles in mind.

That module is dead cheap, but if you can't afford it, then you can wait for DNN5 which is going to be more flexible and allow admin menu items to be moved out.

Even so, if you don't want a particular page or module to be visible to anyone but Admins, then the same affect is achieved by simply not making the item visible to anyone but Admins. Each page and module has this option and the result is the same.

Yes, you can do that with your own code (module) or with some sql changes for table "Tabs". I have seen it has been realized in the AspDotNetStorefront They have realized their control menu under Admin menu.
