Page Functions Malfunction
Hello,
I just upgraded to 04.08.03 (time to upgrade again I know) and I'm having a problem with one of the pages.

First, the content is missing.
Second the 'Design' and 'Settings' buttons redirect me to a 404.. for some reason it seems when you press either of those that the URL gets truncated.

In this particular case

Re: Page Functions Malfunction

Well after a little playing around I found that by disabling FriendlyURLs it solves the second problem.  However I'm not sure why.  I'm using the default rules (shown below).  Are their specific characters I shouldnt be using in names or something?

  .*DesktopDefault.aspx(.*)    ~/Default.aspx$1
  .*EditModule.aspx(.*)    ~/Default.aspx$1
  .*/TabId/(\d+)(.*)/Logoff.aspx   ~/Admin/Security/Logoff.aspx?tabid=$1
  .*/TabId/(\d+)(.*)/rss.aspx    ~/rss.aspx?TabId=$1
  [^?]*/TabId/(\d+)(.*)    ~/Default.aspx?TabId=$1

And I still haven't figured out why the content is gone...

Re: Page Functions Malfunction

is it possible that you are using an offending module which does not properly work together with DNN 4.8.4? Which was your previously used version, did you encounter upgrade issues?

Re: Page Functions Malfunction

We are not using any modules that does not come with a standard install of DNN on this site.  There were some pretty significant upgrade issues (had to clean up app_code and a few other things) and that may be related.
