Page Export Issue

I am trying to export a page. When I complete the export, the template file does not appear in the file manager. The physical file is created however. Has this process changed to not show the template file in the file manager? Is this a bug? Anyone experiencing this issue too?

Re: Page Export Issue

The DNN file manager updates the file/folder listings on a scheduled basis, I believe default is 1 hour. However, you should be able to resynchronize the file manage manually by clicking on the “synchronize” button.

Re: Page Export Issue

I did try that with no sucess at all. I went the next step by adding a .jpg to the file system. I clicked synchronize and the image file appeared. That process is working fine. Any other thoughts?

Re: Page Export Issue

I'm not yet sure where is the issue exactly but the problem comes from the .template extension not being an allowed extension in host settings. If you add the extension there and sync again all will work.

You can enable it temporarily, sync and then remove the extension. At least you will be able to get the existing templates listed.
