Navigation Problem 

I am workng on an IFrame module that will allow users to click on a link in the left pane and populate the IFrame control in in the content pane based on the selection. The problem I have is how to establish that navigation link. The second problem is how to expand the height of the IFrame control based on the content. The width works fine, but the height doesn't. Any help is highly appreciated.

The current  dnn Iframe module is limited, so I am building my own that meet my requirement. May be If I am successful, I will turn it to a PA module instead of custom for others to use, but I need to overcome these two problem first.
