Newsletter Module Issue

I have nearly 400 users that are Subscribers and are Registered on a web site and when I send out a Newsletter the report says that it went to 118.  Is the a problem with this module or just the report?

Thanks

Re: Newsletter Module Issue
  • which DNN version is running on your site?
  • are you sending synchronously or async?
  • are you sending TO or BCC, using TokenReplace?

Re: Newsletter Module Issue

The site is running 4.08.03.

I left the default value of async.

I am sending them To: and replacing tokens.

It appears that the users being omitted for the e-mail list are ones that were imported in the site using the PowerImportExportUsers module from DNN Engineer.

Thanks,

The only thing in the profile that  is missing form the other registered users is a value in Country.  Could this be the problem and, if so, is there any easy way to fix it?

Thanks,

Bill L
