To clarify the expiration issue:-

Note: Our modules do not expire and will continue to work as normal if your subscription ends. The only difference is that you have access to all subsequent releases.

The license is also very flexible, in that you can:-

Licensing modules, skins and skin objects from this site is very simple. Please obey these simple rules, as these rules allow us to offer our products at a considerably low price.

You may:-

• Use any module, skin or skin object on unlimited sites (provided you are the primary developer or administrator).
• Redistribute the modules as part of packaged software or a hosted service. For example, you create a site specifically targetting the education industry, and then sell portals to customers, or you sell the complete software to institutions for hosting on their infrastructure.

You may not:-

• Redistribute the modules, skins or skin objects to other developers or administrators. 

We also add new modules to our product range, our latest module is Property Agent, a listing module that can be used from anywhere to real estate, cars and even trading cards.

All aspects of the module is templatable with custom fields. These templates are able to be shared with other portals and other DNN installations in a very similar manner to modules. They can even be marked as premium by the host. You can read more in the documentation.
