[MORE] not localized 

Hi,

Unfortunately [MORE] token is not localized. Entry for More.Text is available in Resource files but probably that is not being used at the time of TOKEN replacement.

That is incorrect, the MORE token is replaced at run time.

The "More"  code appear broke too. I have a one line announcement and it include a MORE that take you to the top of the page that the announcement is on. Is it possible to "upgrade" back to the previous version?

Sorry Dave, downgrades are not supported. you would need to migrate database back manually.
