announcement settings and permissions 

Hello,

I use the announcement module that comes with dnn 4.5.5

I am experiencing 2 problems :

- each time I want to change the settings for this module I get the following error : line 1148, error : ';' expected   , it does not prevent me from entering new settings, but I don'feel very confident qbout it .

- I want to give permission to add new announcements for everybody (view module = all users and edit module = all users), but it does not work : when I log out , I can't edit the module (it worked with the previous version of dnn)

Thanks for your help.
