Announcements Module Upgrade Failure

Trying to upgrade the Announcements module from 03.03.04 to 03.04.00, I get the following error (DNN base is 04.04):

StartJob Creating files
Failure ExceptionSystem.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\hosting\webhost4life\member\...\bin\DotNetNuke.Modules.Announcements.dll' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.File.SetAttributes(String path, FileAttributes fileAttributes) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateFile(String FullFileName, Byte[] Buffer) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateBinFile(PaFile File) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateFiles(PaFolder Folder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.Install(PaFolderCollection folders) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Peter

Update: The issue is resolved. The Network Service didn't have write permissions.
