Getting error when Host adds announcement from ftb3..

A critical error has occurred.
The path \dnn402\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider\ftb3\Languages\ cannot be found (C:\dnn402\Website\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider\ftb3\Languages\).

I added the standard announcements module, and can add announcements from the Admin or other accounts.  The security is set to allow all users to view and edit the module (I'm testing it.)  The problem appears when I'm logged in as the HOST and try to add an announcement.  I get the above error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Getting error when Host adds announcement from ftb3..
Did you ever get a solution to this problem?  I am having the same thing happen on only one of the 5 portals I have deployed in the last few months.  They all have the same characteristics, but different physical servers.

OS - Win 2003 Server
DNN - v 4.02
SQL - SQL Server 2005

As a work-around, I have tried what another post here suggested, installing FCKeditor.  However, there is not any documentation on how to correctly integrate it into DNN.
