Re: HTML not decoded in New version w/DNN 3.3.0

Quick post of support - same problem here. Totally new installation of DNN 3.3. and the announcement module shows raw HTML code only. Hopefully this gets fixed quickly...

Re: HTML not decoded in New version w/DNN 3.3.0

I was under the impression that DNN RC 4.3.1 fixes this HTML source code problem. Is this incorrect? I upgraded a DNN 4.3.0 installation to 4.3.1 and still see the same effect in Announcements. Was it corrected and I'm still using an older version of the module or is it still an open issue?

According to this thread:
http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/107/threadid/46918/scope/posts/Default.aspx

It indicates the problem was corrected.

Re: HTML not decoded in New version w/DNN 3.3.0

Thanks for posting the link. Same problem here... upgraded to 3.3.1 yesterday but the problem persists. I am wondering if one has to uninstall and reinstall the module or something, or at least delete all instances of it perhaps? Sorry if this sounds ridiculous, I have no clue about coding

Re: HTML not decoded in New version w/DNN 3.3.0

Okay, I fixed it...

I visited the Announcements download section: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?tabid=926 and downloaded the latest and uploaded that.

Now I just need to get the Events module working.
